I really do hope that you love the stationery that you have picked out however if you are unhappy with the item and would like to exchange or refund, please send me an email at within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Items must be unopened in the original packaging as I can only refund re-sellable items. 

A refund will be issued immediately minus the price of the initial postage. I recommend sending a tracked parcel, as the item will be your responsibility until it has been received and the item will not be refunded if it is lost or damaged in transit.  Costs for postage can unfortunately not be covered.
